Suricata Management acts as an advisor and representative for institutional and private investors from the Czech Republic and abroad. The company offers transaction services for the acquisition or divestment of real estate projects, including the preparation of economic and risk analyses. In the form of ongoing services, it provides comprehensive portfolio, property and asset management activities – always in breadth and depth according to the client’s needs.
Important clients of Suricata Management in terms of property and asset management include the Austrian real estate fund sIMMO AG or the Italian private investor OREL RE with a portfolio of properties in the capital city of Prague. SEBRE and the private fund HAIN are important clients in the area of advisory services in the acquisition of real estate projects. Suricata Management also represents its clients in negotiations with tenants regarding the negotiation of contracts and management of the lease relationship (e.g. EuroAgentur hotel group, YourPragueHotels, LUXOR bookstore, Sparkys toy store or fitness centre operation).

Vladimir studied The University of Economics Prague, specialized in Accounting and Financial Management. During studies as accountant in several companies. In 2006, Vladimir started on position “financial accountant” in Erste Group Immorent CR, following through other positions in finance he became here chief of controlling & reporting in 2010 with his responsibility for finance on selling and acquisition process of RE projects, SAP implementation, consolidation, reporting & controlling of more than 50 companies.
In 2015, he accepted the challenge in CEE Property Development Portfolio 2 as the chief financial officer responsible for finance, optimization on the RE portfolio in finance and support on RE divestments (exit strategy given by the only shareholder Ceska sporitelna). Since 2018 Vladimir has been responsible for finance in Suricata Management and for economical, business, finance and tax advisory for the clients.

MILENA HOLÁ
Asset & property manager
Since 2019 Milena has been working for Suricata Management as Property and Asset Manager, she is responsible for complete management of the building for the Austrian real estate fund sImmobilien AG (e.g. hotel Ramada, Palác knih Luxor). After finishing her studies, Milena worked in Kaufland Česká republika, where she was responsible for the management of real estate financed by leasing.
In 2005, Milena joined Erste Group Immorent ČR in the real estate leasing department, where she was responsible for managing many projects, e.g.CTP parks, Corinthia Tower, Billa, Kaufland or Penny Market shops. In 2010, she acted as Property and Asset Manager at this company, she was responsible for complete management of many types of buildings, e.g. Futurama Business Park, major tenants: Clearstream, (Deutsche Börse Group), TEVA, Window Holding VZP, ČEZ or Benteler.
Milena studied the Masaryks University, faculty of Economics and Administration in Brno. Milena speaks fluently English and German.
LENKA POLČÁKOVÁ

Lenka has been working as an Asset and Property Manager since 2019, she is responsible for complex property management of entrusted projects and at the same time expands her practice in the field of asset management. She has gained extensive experience in complex property management and in communicating with foreign clients and investors and in reporting.
She became involved in property management during her university studies. In 2002, she joined Erste Group Immorent ČR as Property Manager, where she was responsible for the management of many types of buildings, including cooperation with the development department in the construction of buildings, coordination of buildouts for tenants, preparation of lease agreements, communication with tenants, activities in the field of finance and invoicing, preparation of budgets, coordination with facility managers and cooperation in the preparation of property sales.
Lenka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and is fluent in English and German languages.
ILONA MALÍKOVÁ

Since May 2019 Ilona has been working in Suricata Management as a financial accountant with responsibility for the complete accounting of all projects and SPV’s.
Ilona studied at University of Pardubice where she graduated in Public Economics and Administration. In 2010 she started working as a financial accountant in Erste Group Immorent ČR, where she provided the accounting agenda of leasing and development project companies, processed projects after their aquisition and prepared them for sale. She was also involved in the preparation of documents for reporting, cooperation with auditors or SAP implementation.
Ilona speaks English and has got a basic knowledge of German language.
NORA PEYRICHOUT

Nora has been working at Suricata Management since 2019 as Office Manager providing full administrative support to the entire team.
Nora has many years of experience in administration: 15 years as an assistant in purchasing, design, operations or HR department and assistant to the CEO in the telecommunications company Lucent Technologies /Alcatel-Lucent; 6 years as an office manager in the real estate fund of Česká spořitelna CEE Property Development Portfolio, where she provided administrative support to the fund management and asset managers.
Nora is fluent English and French.
Martina Richterová
company proxy
Martina has been a proxy at Suricata management since 2020, where she is mainly responsible for the HR agenda.
Martina graduated from the University of Economics in finance and accounting. In her career so far, she has worked in the finance department of several commercial, financial or HR companies, always with an emphasis on employment law issues.
Martina is fluent in English and has advanced knowledge of Russian.
